The software 2D Barcode Recognizer is intended for recognition, decoding and encoding 2d barcodes. For example, DataMatrix and Aztec Code, but it can be used and for other purposes. The program is the interface for the user, which works with separate Dll-components. A some of filters with use of library ImagePak is realized in program. The basic working graphic formats of the program is JPEG and BMP.
